House rules and notices

Cottages must not be over occupied. Please do not attempt to check in with more guests than specified for each cottage (infants in cots are excluded from these numbers): Oak Cottage sleeps 9; Maple Cottage sleeps 5; Chestnut Cottage sleeps 5; Cherry Cottage sleeps 4; Ash Cottage sleeps 4; Cosy Cottage sleeps 2; Blackberry Shepherd's Hut sleeps 2 (no children are permitted to stay in the Shepherd's Hut for safety reasons).

Please note that private hot tubs are situated with Oak Cottage, Maple Cottage, Chestnut Cottage, Oak Cottage, and Blackberry Shepherd's Hut. Ash Cottage and Cherry Cottage do not have a hot tub.

Check in time is from 3pm, and check out is 10am.
